Stay in one of our privacy pods -- in the Lost Surfboard, Rainbow Sandal, Ripcurl, Vissla or Catch Surf-Team-Bunk-Rooms. Or you can stay in one of our award winning penthouse suites, that sleep up to six guests.

SURF BREAKS
San Clemente is home to over 16 diverse surf breaks, including reefs, point breaks, A-frames, beach breaks and long board waves. We are home to the world famous Trestles surf break, that is defined by the mechanical perfection of Lowers.

One amazing aspect of San Clemente is the ability to bike to all breaks within 10 minutes. We have bikes for rent with surfboard racks so you can explore, based on tides and swell.

Forget the costly headaches of traveling with boards. We have teamed up with Lost Surfboards to provide you with access to the sickest selection of demo boards. We can also get you boards at Cost Plus $100 so you can leave with a magic board.

House of Trestles has a 20+ board quiver of Lost Surfboards and Catch Surf fun boards. We recommend reserving a board when you book so you can select your make, model and size. We are also sponsored by Watermark Fins, so your board will be equipped with the latest surf fin technology.

BIKE TO EVERYWHERE
The best way to enjoy the surf breaks and City is by bike. Especially because you cannot drive to Trestles and walking takes forever. We have finely tuned beach cruisers with surfboard racks and locks, ready when you arrive.

To insure a bike will be available during your stay please make sure to reserve a bike during your booking.

SURF LESSONS
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced surf lessons. Classes are 1.5 hours and can be scheduled one or two times per day. You will learn paddling techniques, surf etiquette, how to read waves and we guarantee you will stand-up your first class.

Our rates are discounted for travelers so that learning to surf is accessible to everyone's budget. For a 25% discount make sure to reserve surf lessons during booking.

STREET ARTISTS IN RESIDENCE (sair)
SAiR is a non-profit, head quartered at House of Trestles, that provides international street artists with 30-90 residencies. During that time SAiR organizes murals in LA, Orange Country and San Diego with a capstone art show at House of Trestles.

As a result, House of Trestles is covered, inside and out, with breathtaking murals, from ground breaking street artists. SAiR also organizes artist activists projects like Dreamers in Long Beach. The largest mural installation in Long Beach History, bringing awareness to the plight of dreamers in our communities.

When you book you will receive a detailed email about checking in and out. Check-in is 3pm to 8pm each day. If you would like to check-in early please contact us directly to request.

There is an early check-in charge of $5. If you will be arriving after 8pm please fill out the late-check-in form located on the email you will receive after booking or you can call (or Whatapp) us. Check-out time is 10am in the morning. You can also request a late check-out time ($5 charge). Late check-out is $12.
